Hi , I have been using this laptop for the past 3 months Yesterday, I noticed 2 cracks at the bottom of the laptop as seen in the image (red lines) http://s15.
and they are going to phone me soon to give me a quote As much i argue with them i know it's going to be no hope.. Ive had it for just over 2 months and love it However some badd happened I blame the design of the laptop.. My hslaptop is under 3 months old so they can cover it However they charge £70 for one year or £150 for 3 years.. I also have a natwest advantage gold account and so have registered the laptop for an extended warranty (they cover it through Domestic & General) which covers accidental damage, but not Cosmetic Damage.

One day I opened my laptop to see a small hairline crack next to the mouspad (above the memory card reader) on the casing of the laptop!! And I tried to figure out how that happened.. var q = 'sony%20vaio%20casing%20crack'; The hinges on my sony vaio broke along with the plastic casing around as well as there is a crack in my screen I was wondering if Sony sells an empty.. So I'm confused? Is the crack I caused acidental damage and not cosmetic? Is the surface scratch on the lid cosmetic damage? Or is it all cosmetic damage?
